Your change starts here.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to feel confident about everything related to food?
What does this mean? A day when you feel confident about food – not guessing what you are eating, paying attention to physiological hunger and satiety signals, making good food choices, and honoring the role of food in your life.
Enjoy the food and feel that food is a source of abundance and that it adds positive experiences to your life. It does not detract in any way, and even if you ate a little more than you planned, you have a way to balance it out.
In the last twenty years, many people have come to me with various health problems, including weight. They go on a "diet" for a while and then stop. They feel guilty because they stopped and instead of acknowledging that they did their best, they get angry with themselves, feel guilty, and punish themselves by eating food that is not good for their bodies.
The process of change is a long one, with successes and failures, but when thinking changes, the seed is sown for change and for what will come true for you.
What you choose to think today will affect you tomorrow. What is good for one person is not necessarily good for another because every body is different, and therefore there is really no one method that works.
I wish you that through correct and conscious choices, you will be able to enjoy the journey (and not just the result) and together we will find the golden path to nourishing the body optimally for it today and every day.
This is how we start
